Registration for both for the scientific meeting and the excursion are CLOSED
If you are strongly motivated to join the meeting please contact the organisers (meeting.2019rl@gmail.com) before 05.11.2019 .

For those who inscriebed already, the fees of 50 Euros for the excursion and 50 Euros for the scientific meeting must be paid to the below stated account number with the mention “Congress Brugge -EXCURSION” and “Congress Brugge-SCIENTIFIC MEETING”:

Registrations are final when the fees are paid to the above indicated bank account and a confirmation of your registration has been sent.

Lunch
For the lunch break both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are foreseen. Should you have any particular nutrition request, please inform us through the contact email and we will try to do our best to find a solution.


Photos and their publication
A selection of photos taken during both the excursion and meeting will be posted on the webpage of the meeting. You are kindly requested to send us an email in case you do NOT wish to have your picture on our various media accounts.
